At One With Nature
West Loch Shores Tarbert and Brenfield work hard
to retain the natural content and beauty of the
land occupied
and
minimise any intense urban influence on the local
area through unnecessary damage, litter or pollution.
The parkland is maintained well and set within
boundaries of natural woodland and wild plants
overlooking the stunning waters of Tarbert's West
Loch and for Brenfield overlooking Loch Fyne.
The areas of Kintyre and Argyll are some of the
best preserved natural beauty which has alot to
do with visitor numbers being far below normal
levels of tourism experience by cities such as
Glasgow or Edinburgh. The advantages of this include
peaceful and tranquil settings, natural blooming
green hillsides and flourishing wildlife.
We are so conscious about looking after the environment
both within and outside the bounds of our park
that we were awarded the David Bellamy Silver Conservation
Award in 2004 at West Loch Shores Tarbert and our
efforts extend to West Loch Shores Brenfield.
We hope you enjoy the tranquil, unpolluted park
area and work with us to achieve the highest level
of conservation.
